Leaking awning

Hi has anyone had problems with pro air 400 leaking 2017 model used twice sent back to kamper they said it’s not leaking and resealed the seams were in the south of France it’s raining we can’t sit in the awning water dripping of the roof every think is wet

    Are you sure it's not condensation bert123? A common problem. We have the same awning and have no problem with leaks except for condensation when conditions are right for it. Do you keep the awning ventilated? We rarely use a skirt, preferring to allow air to circulate. If it is not condensation I hope you get it sorted.

     thanks for the comments this is what Kampa say seems to be a lot of water dripping in we keep the top of the mesh doors open all the time

    We had a condensation problem recently in our Bradcot Air Aspire when we stayed at Morton in Marsh.  I was convinced it was leaking through the seams where the roof meets the front, but after investigating I found the water was collecting and dripping down higher up. Its was the condensation running down the inside of the roof and collecting/pooling behind the air beams and then dripped on to the awning mat..

    Thanks for the comment seems to be a problem with this type of awning might have to have a rethink not had this problem with a full awning in 30years caravaning we brought it thinking it would be easier to use
