Kampa air awning (any lube used)

hi guys ,we have bought a Kampa Motor Rally 390 XL awning for our Motorhome .We attached it to the Motorhome for the first time on the drive at home today.It was surprisingly easy .the only downside we found was that it was quite heavy while we got it threaded through the rail on the wind out awning,but once in place it’s easy.My question is to anyone that uses an awning that attaches to their wind out awning,do you use any type of lube to make the threading easier?
