Water pump not getting power on Stellar Lunar 2010
I wonder if anyone can help please? I've just bought a Lunar Stellar 2010 privately and had it serviced by a recognised repairer. When we took it out for the first time the Truma Ultraflow water pump only let out a slow trickle of water from the cold tap. Over the next few days it stopped completely and there was no red light on the pump switch and the pump doesn't activate. I tested the pump on site with a 12v charger and it worked perfectly. I cleaned the contacts on the van socket and on the pump plug as both were dirty. I tried another 10v fuse and the red light on the pump switch came on for an instant and then went out, presumably blowing the fuse? As I had left the fuse out the toilet wouldn't flush so I put the same fuse back in and the toilet flushed fine so I'm not sure whether the fuse had actually blown? I've also tried WD40 on both plug and sockets contacts with no sucesss. Can anyone suggest anything else I can try in order to resolve the problem please? Many thanks. Mike

If your caravan has a pressurised water system, i.e. there are no wires to the taps, you will have a pressure switch probably close to the water heater and water inlet. See this YouTube video for details of how to adjust it.
Adjusting Whale pressure switch
It's common to require re-adjustment depending on whether you are running on battery or mains.
