Just read that actor Bill Maynard who played Greengrass in Heartbeat has passed away at the age of 89 years.

    We loved Heartbeat Greengrass was my favourite character. RIP Bill

    Yet  another  gentle  humourist gone,  but  at  least  they  appear  to  live  a  long  life  .
