Outdoor revolution
I have a outdoor revolution 360 air awning that keeps deflating.
have spoke to ODR and they sent replacement valves end of last year, going to have to return to the dealer for repair.
question is has anyone else had issues with their air awnings ??

We had an issue with our first Kampa Air Pro 390 when it was about six months old - right at the start of a two week holiday in Devon, when it suddenly started to deflate. No end of messing about with the isolation valves could solve the problem. A phone call to the dealer, who in turn spoke to the Kampa Rep for our area resulted in a replacement awning being sent by courier to our campsite within 12 hours and at no cost to me. Couldn't have had better service.
Over the last couple of years, with the new one, I have learned that if the dust cover on the inflation valve isn't secured tightly, there can be a slight leak over an extended period, but that's the only problem we have had. All in all, an excellent product and first class support from Kampa.

We purchased an Outdoor Revolution about 3 years ago now the Speed 1 model, and yes suffered constant overnight deflation, which required about 5 odd pumps to reinflate.
Initial advice from dealer was to suggest tighting the inflaton valve so I was given a castlelated spanner to retighen valve.
On a September trip away, I contacted the suppling dealer as it was getting to be a tourist attraction, now every morning. He contacted the company and a new bladder was despached to the site I was on again no cost to me.The site wardens actually delivered it to me on pitch.
It was an easy job to upzip the one awning zip cover and the bladder outer cover zip and reinsert.
Apart from the initial problem, which was expertly dealt with by dealer and manufacturer,it has proven a very good awning.Replacement bladder has cured all issues.
