Uploading profile picture

Hi, I have tried to upload my profile pic on a few occasions. I am trying to upload a JPG file but the system rejects it and out line the picture has to be in a certain formats which include JPG. 

I would appreciate any advice.

Forget it DS, I had one once but its now gone. There is an uploading problem with profile pics in that it won't recognise recognised photo extensions   The Community manager informs us it is on the list for repair in the next few weeks by the IT people/person.

I have been trying to change my profile photo too, as we now have a different motorhome, but I'm getting exactly the same problem.  I guess we'll have to sit tight and wait for it to be resolved.  Same old IT!!!

Same issue foe me too. We dont have our motorhome any more but it wont let me upload a pic if our new caravan.

Yeah, my profile picture went AWOL when I had a username change back in November of last year, haven't been able to upload a profile photo since.

We're all set in aspic, I can see when it went kaput as I am the pumpkin person from Halloween, so middle of October 2017.

The only difference to my profile pic is there is a bit less hair and I tend to only wear a tie for a funeral.

It's called an upgrade, happened when website was upgraded! At least I have retained a youthful chiselled profile, things are a tad more saggy in the chin area now I am no longer a pup! And that collar no longer fits!

Even when we could change it, you had to use a PC and it was not easy. As I rarely boot mine up preferring to use my pad, I left it as it was. I suppose when its sorted it will also work on Apple and Android devices as well.🤞😂 🐖🐖🐖🛫

Maybe they'll get mixed up as per the story section photos, I could end up looking like EasyT, someone else will get a pile of pumpkins...

I've never changed mine.  For the record, I don't always wear a bow tie.  I'm likely to stick with the same one.  If I'm looking for any of my posts, I can usually find them quite quickly by flipping down the page.... I just look for purple!  I must be one of the few with a purple background.  😀

Sometimes in the next week or so , I will be changing my Avatar...when I can find one suitable to my current lifestyle...my days of being a Mod on a scooter in Brighton..are well over !!

Where have all our profile pictures gone??

I had a lovely one of my CL which obviously aided me in advertising it when posting on here but now it has vanished.  It was there the other day!

I have tried to edit my profile but that just takes me round in circles and never to anywhere to actually edit it.  I'd like my profile picture back please!

No wonder we prefer to use Facebook....at least it works and is simple to use!!

Just the inadequacy of this site I'm afraid. If it was there the other day, it will probably reappear. Mine does that every now and again.

As to changing it. They have been working on it since last October, and despite promises, nothing has happened.
