Ellidis Bucaneer 2017 fabric fault
We bought a Ellidis Bucanneer almost 12 months ago and have been trying to resolve a problem with the fabric with the dealership but to no avail, trading standards informed me that it is within r rights as not fit for purpose so they should replace with a better quality fabric or compensation. We noticed straightaway that their was pulls in fabric which have got even worse as not fit for purpose in a functional caravan your hands stick to them and the velcro on the curtains also sticks to the fabric causing pulls very shabby for top the range £32,000 caravan our 7 year bailey we traded in was in better condition, we where told that are fabric must of been the end of roll now really does it matter if its the start, middle or end of roll. Has anyone else with an Ellidis Bucanneer had any problems with the fabric?
