New Campsite Suffolk (not either of the clubs)

Don't know if anyone is aware of this but I came across it on another forum. Anglian Water are constructing an 82 pitch campsite at Alton Water in Suffolk. There is a little more information here , scroll down to the bottom of the page. They are also quite positive about motorhomes using the public car parks for in day visits.

    Well spotted David. I wonder how long it will take for them to develop the site?

    Well spotted, pity the CAMC were not so forward thinking to build a site themselves.  Admittedly AW already have the land but the permission is still the same even if you have to buy/rent the land to get permission.  Close for us so may be an ideal weekend bolt hole...
