Membership Picture

Hi,

Okay, I am probably being stupid, but I have just recently signed up as a member but I don't seem to be able to add a picture onto my profile? Is there a particular way this needs to be done?

Also, to add a photo to a post it has to be under 500kb which is quite small, what is the best way of reducing the picture file size?
