Is anyone watching Requiem - the story of a girl who disappeared from a small village in Wales, two suicides, and mysterious goings on?  Is it going to turn out as it appears?

Just as an aside, has anyone watched it on anything other than live TV and been able to watch all episodes? We inadvertently watched Episodes 1 and 2 without realising, the day before Episode 2 was screened.

I’ve been watching it, it’s very good. It’s atmospheric & gripping. The mood music helps. I saw that on iplayer the full series is available but I’m happy with the week by week offering. As fast as I think I’ve sussed the plot the writer throws a curve ball into it👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊. Very deep is Requiem.

I was not sure about it but did start watching and have got into it. Be interesting to see how it eventually pans out.

Val, a increasing number of BBC programmes are available on iPlayer in advance of being broadcast, I imagine so that people can watch the whole series in one go?

Yes - I've really enjoyed it so far.   Much better than Trauma which I thought was terrible.     Requiem has so many twists and turns and leaves the viewer guessing - I just hope it doesn't have a ridiculous end like so many dramas at the moment.

We are still watching it as well. Easy enough to get confused as I can't quite work out whether it's about the supernatural or whether it will suddenly just turn into a straightforward murder/kidnap or something similar?

Well, it ended last night. Not sure I fully understood it. Don't usually like this sort of genre but I stuck with it. Perhaps someone would like to explain it to me?

Disappointed, I kept with it and tried to keep up with the storyline but come the ending I was still confused frown

Why did she kill those four members of the cult when they were helping her to confront and become who she really was? ....... plenty of other confusing bits but it just ended as if there could be a part 2 to even more confusion, If so I'll give it a miss.

I suppose the killing of those cult members could have been revenge? I saw it differently in that they had caused her problem in the first place. I suppose it depends on whether you feel she was possessed or whether she had some sort of breakdown? On balance I reckon it would be best to leave it there unless there is more of the story which is yet untold?
