    I’d vote for a key any day.

    I was at Braithwaite Fold where there were keypads and I couldn’t get the one in the ladies’ toilet to work and had to hope someone else was going in at the same time. The warden gave me instruction and watched me key the number in and couldn’t work out what I was doing wrong.

    Keys are OK as long as the locks don't become worn. Before they replaced the ones at Clumber, any key at all would open them, so apart from slowing entry they were somewhat pointless. More so as they were like it for several years.
