Can anyone help please? I am looking for a 4 berth caravan with fixed twin beds. Shipping length under 21 ft. Is there such a van?

I currently have a Bailey Ranger 460/2. Shipping length 20 ft  1 in.

There appear to be several fixed double bed vans the length I need. i.e. The Bailey Orion and the Bailey Pursuit so I would think a fixed twin needn't be any longer. I've been hunting online all day and so far have found nothing frown

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I don't think they make a 4 berth twin bed with a shipping length of what you ask, the nearest would be a Venus made by Lunar or an Xplore, but both being 2' longer than your need.

Oh that's not good news. Thanks for your reply though Metheven. Back to the drawing board!

Can I ask why the shipping length is so important?  The Practical Caravan magazine had a display of all the caravan models, and then a manufacturers sheet, which indicated which manufacturers produced which model.  Perhaps a look at that (worth the cost of the magazine) might help before you give up completely.

Visit caravanfinder.co.uk which allows you to filter by layout and berths. This then gives a whole host of vans available, stating the length.

You might still struggle to find what you want.

If it's not essential that it should be four berths, (as you currently have a two berth) check out the Caravelair website There is a three berth Antares 450 which is under 21 feet (just) and the dinette at one end converts to a single bed, and it has  twin fixed beds at the rear.
