I believe the maximum length of stay at a CL is 28 days but is there a similar limit at a Club Site?

you seem to have thing about pies, Cornerswink

....do you pay for them at the end of the month or for each one (or is it two?) on the day?smile

as you started the 'over there' thing, Grant was just letting you know that he doesnt pay for his stay day by day (pie by pie) he pays after hes completed his stay.....ie 'eaten all the pies'...wink

...and, yes, you can stay well beyond 21 days, in fact for many months should you choose to.

BTW, merry Chrismas.....not having a pie are you?

I suppose the idea of the 21 day limit is to free up space for us “tourers” so we can just turn up without reserving?

not quite, the 28 or 21 days on club sites, is I believe a legal (council or local authority) requirement, part of  local planning regulations for the site's license, it is to stop people living on touring caravan sites continuously. Even if you have a seasonal pitch on a club site you, but not your outfit, has to leave for a day or two after a max stay of 21 days.

I'm not a pieeater, but startlingly enough when Salisbury's delivered Christmas last night they did want paying up front and not when I'd consumed all the food.

A merry Christmas to you toosmile

Thought you hale from Geordie land. Wigan is pie capital surely, long way to go for a pie. You could always go to 'Hank Marvins' in Blyth for a great pie cool

All this talk of over there is kind of apt as todays Festive Friday Competition has a stay at a CAMC site over there.

Apparently this year there have been a number, 16, CAMC sites open over there.

Must be to attract those next generation of adventurers.

Or is over there like Liverpool to Birkenhead, or Geordie to Mackem, Arsenal to Chelsea
