Seasonal Pitches

Hi

I'm looking into siting the caravan onto a seasonal pitch so that the wife and Children can go for a weekend and school holiday

When you pay your seasonal pitch fees is that it? or when my wife and children come do they pay for the times that they are at the caravan?

Just working out finance at the moment but would be interested to know if anyone can help
