To those of you that attended the show, I hope you found what you were looking for. I am always interested in the shows as I have never known a show where there is not something new. The must buy for me this year was the ‘Firetool’

A fire extinguisher the size of a drink bottle or even smaller that carries the same fire dowsing power of one of the large fire extinguishers you see hanging on factory walls and the like. Add to that the fact that it produces no white powder as it works on a gas and it’s a vital piece of equipment for the caravan and for keeping your insurance happy! Look for it on YouTube. Technology moves on!

Thanks for the info Merve. Looks very effective. Not a bad price either.

No Steve it isn’t. For £38 or 2 for £72 (Show price) I thought it one of the best things there. Perfect for us lot who don’t want weight! Far far better than what I had and I think it was out of date anyway- in fact, I’m sure it was! Thanks for putting the hyperlink in! This thing was just made for caravanners, motorhomers. Campers and boaters. I now have one in my kitchen on its wall bracket and one is going to the ‘van. Couldn’t be easier to operate either.

Was there not a big discussion just a few weeks ago about this very type of extinguisher?  Some strong comments in that one about its capabilities.
