New CL site

Hi, we've just opened a CL site in Gotherington, just outside Cheltenham.  We've had a few Caravan holidays in the past but nothing recently so feel we're a bit out of touch! 

We were just wondering what do people look for in a CL site.  Do you go for the area first or do you look for hard standing and water/electric hook ups?  Do you look for sites with lots of walks or fishing near by or on-site, or do you even prefer a field in the middle of nowhere!! 

I know everyone has different ideas on what they're looking for and we cannot please everybody but it's nice to have some idea.

    I know!!  I'll try and delete the other thread.  First time I've been on here so I'll put it down to teething problems!!

    This is not an easy forum to negotiate 😲😢. I'd say leave both threads alone, doubt you can delete one anyway! As someone has said on the other thread the software will have a melt down😢. Just keep checking both threads for responses. I hope you're finding those posted on the other thread useful?

    I suggest that folk use the other thread rather than this one as that has helpful comments.

    Don't hesitate to post on this section if you anything else you want to add or ask. Do you know that there is a separate CL owner's web page where you will be able to get any help should you need it  from experienced CL owners.
