What benifits do members get if they have been members for 25 to 30 or more.

Do you think they should get reduced membership or site fees

I would love to here your views.

Thanks John Nicholls

Not aware of  any additional benefits for long term users. Cannot say that troubles me.

Last year we received a sticker for twenty years ( never realised ), I don't expect a gold watch for twenty five years in the club but it wouldn't be a bad idea IMO to offer something. ( mind that may cost ! )

I've used supermarkets for 25 years and don't get any additional benefit so wouldn't expect the club to be any different.  Perhaps after 50 years become a lifelong member for free

There are no add benifits with "long term " membership as we joined in 1969 and only the "brag" of the "big" sticker coolwink

Well with things like phone, TV package, electric, gas, insurance, the longer you have been with them, the more they try and over charge you.

So in that respect the CAMC is a cut above the others.😂

Also don't forget any supposed benefits for long service will have to be paid for somewhere. I am not sure increasing cost for new members would attract them, anymore than the increased costs of long membership makes me stay with the organisations mentioned in my post above.

There are no benefits, nor do I want there to be.

I have no wish for younger people, perhaps with families and a mortgage, to subsidise my membership and use of CAMC.

C&CC give age/length of membership discounts but not this club.

If we achieve membership for 40 years we'll also be in the Guinness Book of Records for our age. wink

Agree with TW would rather the benefits are passed on to younger families etc.

I think that long-term members should pay more frown

After all, they have benefitted more from the largesse, excellent service and club perks more than most sealed

Or put up with poor conditions for longer, Jen.  Why, I remember when one could not get wifi on ANY Club site!

OMG, OJ! Where have you been?

Alternatively, perhaps long term members should be paid to visit sites in recognition of their perseverance in the face of adversity.

Personally reckon anybody with over 20 years membership should get free lifetime membership for being such thick skinned, persevering people😜

A tangible gesture would be nice but I never expected one and am not bothered that all I got was a sticker.

I'm a realist, I don't expect and I don't get. Anyone who receives what they perceive as a loyalty gift obviously has not comprehended they have already paid for it in other ways.
