Swift Ace Prestige Microwave
We bought a 1 year old (2016) Swift Ace Prestige from Wandahomes South Cave 2 months ago. First time usinmg microwave and it has stopped working - doesnt heat now.
Anyway, contacted Wandhomes to be told yes can replace it but I need van servicing!! I picked van up already serviced by them 2 months ago!! I have had a belly full of Wandahome prior to this as their customer care sucks once they have the money in their hands.
So, I am looking to replace the microwave myself thus a couple of questions if anyone can help me:
1. What is the make of microwave as no nameplate on it?
2. How is the microwave removed?

I would still insist they replace it under warranty as if they are as bad as you say when any warranty work is needed, they may just try to wriggle out of it again,just show them the paperwork from the last service(if they actually did it? has your handbook/service book been filled in by them?

No idea on make, ours is a Sharp. It has a frame round it that pulls off then the actual oven is held with screws and brackets.
Did you get the warranty properly transferred to you?
