Has anyone used the services of Caravan Panels Ltd

I have had a rather prolonged and fruitless experience trying to get a replacement for the A-frame cover panel for my caravan - damaged by a helpful builder's labourer who used it as a step to take a short cut!!. I was advised by my local caravan dealer, to contact the Preston-based company, Caravan Panels Ltd and, after many months of empty promises and difficulties in getting my money back, I am still in need of a replacement panel.

I wonder if others who have needed to replace plastic or GRP panels have used this company?.

My experience with this company has been disappointing.  But I would be interested to hear if others have had both good and bad experiences of it.

Caveat Emptor - buyer beware if you plan to use this firm's services in the future

Thank you.

Google GRP Moulders for lots of options and companies.

No direct experience of any during the last 30 years but most on the Norfolk Broads are excellent...........due to the local competition no doubt!.wink

PS. They only have one review on Yell.com:-

    Caravan panels link on Yell

Used them for a replacement sink for my 18yo CI motorhome.

Cannot fault the service. The sink arrived extremely well packaged in the promised 14 working day window and the quality is excelllent.

    I'd recommend to anybody.
