powrwheel evolution motor mover

I have now lost my third side cover since having the mover fitted just over a year ago. Powrwheel do not admit that the fittings are not strong enough. To replace them costs £20.00. Has any one else lost their covers ? A suggestion was made that they were stolen but that is not the case as they were there at the start of the journey and missing at the end. Neither have they been caught on a kerb or anything.

    I am assuming you mean powrtouch?

    We have had two, a manual engage on our last van for about 3 years, and a powered engage on this van for 3.5 years. So far no problems.

    Yes Powrtouch Evolution Auto (Made by  Powrwheel) Ours is just over a year old ! on a Sterling Elite caravan the same age. Getting a bit expensive having to replace 2 or 3 a year. We have had Powrtouch movers on every caravan we have had over the last 15 or more years with no problems until now.
