Hi all,

Contemplating change to one of the above.

Any thoughts on which is the better tow car?

Thanks All.

I have a 190bhp dsg superb.  I don't tow with it but my concern would be the amount of power it puts through the front wheels and the resultant wheel spin. It might be checking out the Briskoda website for a better view.  I think that the Irish spec suberb's don't have adaptive cruise control which is a real shame because that's an amazing bit of kit.

The 4x4 seems a better bet to me.

We have a 2014 170bhp 2WD and it's just fine.  I think the long wheel base helps to take away the problem of taking the feel from the front wheels.  We recently went to France and back in it, and it was a very comfortable and easy journey.
