A very slow Snail
Today I received a Travel Insurance Renewal Reminder from HQ - thank you Lesley.
It took 15 days from the date it was printed to arrive at my address.
I know we live above Watford but it certainly helps to drive a nail in the coffin of Snail Mail when a much cheaper Email would have arrived almost immediately.
I renewed my Insurance 13 days ago - but thanks anyway for the reminder.

I think it was not posted on the day it was 'dated' and only posted a few days ago - in other words; a waste of time, money and possibly caused by an inefficient system at our HQ.
On Monday I renewed my driving licence online at the DVLA website - today the new licence was delivered by post.
If the DVLA can get a letter to me in three days why can't the Club perform as efficiently?
