Electric towbar issues

hello - has anyone had an issue with a factory fitted towbar on a 2011 Touareg? 

The electronic retractable towbar is stuck in the 'out' position- works absolutely fine just won't retract

    Sorry .... no. If its been left out, maybe it needs a little encouragement to retract innocent Then a liberal coating of lubrication on the moving bits.
