TyrePal instructions

We have tyrepal sensors fitted to our caravan but have mislaid the instruction book. Can anyone help as both sensors register on the monitor on the nearside but neither register on the monitor on the offside. We have tried to ring tyrepal but number is temporarily unobtainable. Does anyone know how to relink the monitor to the sensors? The website only shows initial setup. Thank you in anticipation..

    You don't say what model it is but in general terms the tyre sensors go to sleep if your vehicle is not moving. On my van the display sometimes takes a while to pick up a signal from one or more wheels (and its a bit random which one doesn't come up immediately.

    Having made sure that the display part is fully charged and that there is a good battery in each  tyre sensor then take the display unit near the "sending" wheel to see if it is picking up a signal. You may have to "ping" the tyre valve to make the sensor think the van is moving. If it picks up a signal from each wheel when in proximity and all batteries are in a good state then it may be a case of finding an optimum position in the cab of your car to position the receiver. 

    You could also try a full reset and start again form scratch.
