Swift challenger 480 2006 roof gap seal

I have a Swift challenger 480 2006 and due to water ingress I need to removed the rear roof

seal and re-fit with a new one (this seal is about 18inch from the end of the van).

Does anyone know the construction of this gap seal or even what it is called.

I intend to remove it and replace once again with a new seal.
