Chatsworth serviced pitch cancelled April 27-30
I was lucky enough to get chatsworth serviced pitch booked for next weeks bank holiday weekend from Thursday 27 April departing Monday 1 May. We were hoping to meet friends from the north at the site but unfortunately (despite months of trying) they were unable to book a pitch on Chatsworth for the same weekend. We are going to meet at another site and so I will cancel our Chatsworth booking. I've longed to visit Chatsworth and its the first time I actually got a pitch, so I'm gutted.... but our loss is someone else's gain.
I WILL CANCEL BOOKING ON SATURDAY 10.00 if others would like to book this pitch it will become available then. I'm putting the message on here as I know it's a popular site so I'm sure someone will appreciate knowing its,free on the bank holiday weekend.

HC - BEFORE you book that other site your friends might try ringing the site if they haven't already done so. And if you are going to go to another site there's a nearby commercial one which we stayed on in very similar circumstances a couple of years back and would never, ever visit again. Humphrey :- theres a very nice caravan club site at castleton , where you could drive to chatsworth , grounds and house and drive to farm shop / cafe at pilsey walk into castleton ,(shops and pubs ) devils arse and mines and walk into hope (shops and pubs ) ive stayed there and its ok , theres also a site at hope next to road and stream which is nice but was more livelier , hope you get fixed up mrs bc:))

Humphrey, do your friend have to be on a club/commercial site. There's a CL about 15mins away from the Chatsworth site, Priestfield Grange Fm, Old Brampton which has H/S, EHU & a toilet, but no shower. Might be worth a call before you cancel if your friends would use it.
