Exporting a caravan?

I have a small problem....I now live in Austria for the last 3 years retired,registered here and have an Austrian car. My caravan is in the Uk in a gold compound site and i wish to bring it over here permanantly. The number plate on the van is my old uk car plate which I no longer own, Over here trailers and caravans  are individually registered with their own plate and Pickerl(mot) which is not the same as the towing vehicle. Any ideas will be appreciated.
