PMS3H not charging battery

Hi,

My PMS3H (power management system) dose not charge my battery when on hookup.  12v system works from battery and 240v sockets are fine on hookup.  The battery is chargeable from a car battery charger and is very new.  I have checked all external fuses, I also applied a volt meter to the PMS but read no charge going to the battery when the charger is switched on (the switch still light up).  The PMS3H appears to be a sealed unit (small rivets holding together).  Dose anyone know if these are repairable and where I could get it looked at.

    Did you ever establish/cure your problem. I seem to have exactly the same problem that you mentioned and I'm struggling too
