Hi There, I'm looking for advice on rear travelling passenger seat belts.

I'm currently having an ex patient transport ambulance and The seats are rear facing seats,

Do I need full seatbelts or would lap belts be sufficient.

So what seat belts are there existing?

Perhaps one could regard them as compliant with current legislation, but to be sure you would need to check with the Ministry of transport, or whatever they are called these days.

Agreed. Do your own research with an official source. The law is complicated and I certainly wouldn't like to advise you.

AS said official advice on something so important is best. Maybe DVLA  may know something or point you to the right officials with the info that you need.
