I have just booked my first Caravan Club Site  - recd. my booking confirmation etc. however I have not been asked to make payment - please help, how do I pay :(

    That's one of the best features of the club IMO, not paying till you get there and you can cancel up to 72 hours before you go without penalty!

    and if you want to leave while staying early you'll get a refund if you give enough notice.

    Also a refund if you cancel at short notice whilst on site if you are moving directly to another CC site (not Affiliated Site)

    Yes, it is quite amazing that a company can operate in such an un-commercial way, at the expense of their members, isn't it?

    im glad you're delighted to be paying in advance, its one of the things i definitely dont like about the club, but thats how they operate so i comply....however, i much prefer to pay at the end of my stay....smile
