Future site Redevelopment/Upgrades

Canenriot recently posted Tewkesbury Abbey is going to be redeveloped next year. 

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of any other site[s] that are to be redeveloped/upgraded etc. in the not too distant future.

    There are two in Yorkshire region, Hawes and Wharfedale, and Castleton site, currently undergoing refurbishment. Rowntree Park had a lot of work done a couple of years ago as well I believe. It will be somewhere on website, updating on progress.

    Thanks.  Hope to visit Yorkshire later this year so they should be open then according to info in club magazine.

    Knaseborough is closed partr of this year for upgrade I believe.

    It is, I had forgotten that one! Is it a proper Club Site, or an AS? Never been, so not sure.

    Still dont understand in this day and age why refurbishment/ upgrades dont take place during the closed season ie winter. Why lose income and inconvenience the members  by closing when we want to use them.

     A proper CC site but according to booking closed all year ??

    Yes, unfortunately Club redevelopments take an extraordinary amount of time to carry out.
