I've got metal pegs for my awning, but due to my own clumsiness and hard ground the plastic parts of the pegs that hold the awning down have broken off....does anyone know where i can get these plastic bits or what they are called so I can search for them?

Thanks for any advice people can offer.

There's another thread on the parts forum about using screw pegs where someone has suggested using wing nuts for the hooks. Might work for your pegs and be a lot stronger.

Wait till the Aldi camping offer come round. You can get 20 pegs in a box for little more than that.

I bought some of these a few years ago and had to drill all the holes to fit my pegs. Only smashed a couple after heavy use.

I replaced all mine with M10 Wing nuts from a pound shop with just a little insulation tape to hold them at the top of the peg and stops them sliding down, had no trouble in the last 5 years x 12 weeks per year cool

Many thanks for the responses...wing nuts is a great idea.
