Don't forget to pack a euro 2-pin socket adapter in your cabin bag if you want to charge phones etc. They do sell them onboard for £4.50 .... identical to the ones in any pound store.
If you drink lots of tea/coffee, you might want to take one of those immersible travel heaters - or even a small travel kettle.
On Finisterre and Pont Aven there is a microwave freely available near the self-service cafe.
Large cans of Grolsh can be bought in the shop for £0.70. Rather cheaper than the bar, but (sadly) not that cold. Likewise wine.

Or you can do as we have done David on the Bretagne, book a Commodore cabin and you get priority restaurant booking, tea and coffee facilities and breakfast in your cabin.😀 We are only doing it outgoing though, as we thought it would make a nice start to the holiday. A bit expensive both ways, so a standard one coming back, ☹️ and hope for the best in the restaurant. We will probably have eaten too much by then anyway.

Yes, should be OK for any reasonable load .....the cleaners use them for their big vacuums, and I'm sure they would have warning notices if really low rated. Almost certainly protected at 10A or so.
Enjoy the Bilbao crossing ...we always do. Is it the Sunday 2 nighter? I enjoy the full English breakfast best of all ! Been back 2 weeks now and wonder why we came back so soon .... three-and-a-half months was a bit too short

We used a travel kettle without a problem on the Cap Finistere last year with out a problem.
By coincidence this morning I found the bill for the meal we had in the restaurant. We enjoyed it. The cost was € 98.45 or £75.80 and exchange rate of €. = 77p that particular ship has sailed.

It seems the only way you can get onto this thread is by clicking the last post. This forum really is pathetic.
I wasn't criticising the cost of the food, actually the meal was very good. We also had breakfast in the restaurant can't remember how much £9 springs to mind most people were Club voyage members and paid something like £1.40. Although what we paid seemed pricey compared to the cafeteria by the time you factored in an orange juice and a cup of coffee into the outside prices there wasn't that much in it.

Very weird things happening on this thread since the (unnamed) mod quite sensibly locked one of the duplicates. It must be the challenge of the day ..... to discover the back-door route which lets you return to view the thread you started

Who said anything about eating/drinking alone? This discussion section is about 'Tips for making Caravaning and Touring cheaper', so the info might be found useful by some.
I did also post how much I (and my wife) enjoy the full English breakfast on Brittany Ferries ..... but I think that post got lost along the way.
