Could The Club look into the possibility of arranging the e-mail printout of booking confirmations to require only one sheet of paper. Come on, let's try and save the rain forests!

I only print the first page and, if necessary, print page 2 on the reverse.

I don't print them, I keep the e mails on my phone. If I do need to print anything I set the printer to both sides.

And for me but it has no bearing on my choice to have a paper record.

I can access emails from my phone. Keep them until I've checked in then delete. Why print - just a waste of paper.

I do tend to print them off for my own reference although as others have said I have never been asked for one on site so perhaps I should reconsider my actions? However I do agree with the OP that the Club should make them more printer friendly. Much of the information is in the wrong place or not really necessary and it should be redesigned so that it can be printed on one sheet of A4.
