Just booked a week at this site.  First this year.  My only concern on reading the reviews is the approach road being narrow and with a ditch at the side.  We have a Bailey Pageant Sancerre, so it's not a small caravan.

Anyone have any experience of this site?  Would be grateful for some info.

Thanks.

We stay at a CL which is further along the same road. The access is fine as you can see along the road and there are places where traffic can pass.  The only slightly tricky part is near the workshops at Botolphs Bridge where the condition of the road median is very poor so you just need to be a little careful. Don't try and arrive before you are supposed to as if you were to meet a van leaving it could be awkward.

Stayed here last year. As previous poster says, be careful past the workshops and look well ahead and you will be OK.

Nice site with much to do and see in the area. Great dog walk if required, and a good off site walk as well.  The site is very popular with families at weekends with the usual parade of children on bikes racing round the site against the one way traffic (huge playing field at the rear of the site but did not see it being used by the children during our stay)

It's not that bad if you take your time. There were certainly plenty of big vans on site last time we were there.
