ALKO/BPW merger.

I read that ALKO owners DexCO, an American company, have bought BPW. If it goes through it would seem to me that the caravan chassis market will have no competition.

The deal is subject to German authorities approving it, but it would clearly help the Germans stifle competition so we will have to see.

The odd thing is that the owners of DexCO are trying to sell that company.
