Nothing personal Dean. But, personally, I think it is P poor that the directory is out after the December booking date. I just hope that the site map is more readable for those with some sight difficulties than the last one. Prior to that they were pretty good - now pretty but useless and I am still using one from 4 years ago because of thet

Hi Dean,
Word of advise......you appear to have spelled your name incorrectly in your avatar......you've inadvertently put a '3' instead of an 'e'.
Also, 'apologise' is spelled with an 's' not a 'z'.......but maybe the spell checker didn't alert you to this.

OK Dean or Dan or whoever you are, why have you posted here and as Tinwheeler asks who are you? Have you taken Rochelles place? we went through this situation last year and he didn't last long.
Are you from head office? I know that the CC like to keep their members in the dark, but this is going from the sublime to the ridiculous.

I have not taken anyone's place I was trained up today to work as a moderator by Rochelle on the community, and I do work in head office.
I have flagged up the issue with the banner not appearing under my name however it is on my profile.
As for the spelling of apologise that was my mistake although apologize apparently used to be the standard spelling even in the uk.

Thankyou, Dean, but I'm sure you can appreciate our concerns. You haven't been introduced by management and you have no banner. The words in your profile count for zilch. I could write that in mine but it wouldn't be the truth. This is the usual sort of shambles we have come to expect from CC
Without the credence of a backing from management - Rochelle slipped up there - you are going to struggle.
Perhaps you could start by telling us what sort of moderator you have been trained to be. Are you an advice giver only, or are you tasked with deleting posts and dealing with trolls?

When I click on my profile I see the banner, so figured you would see it there too. (I will insert a screen shot)
To clear things up there are three of us that where trained so you may expect to see some other new faces shortly too. We have full use of the moderator tools - deleting, moving, locking you name it but we all work in different areas of the contact centre as well so will do our best to answer any queries you may have.

Thanks for that, Dean. I guess it's yet another quirk of CT that the system isn't displaying your status banner.
Might it be an idea to get someone to introduce the other new mods to us? You've seen the problem but it shouldn't be necessary for ordinary posters to raise the issue.
So, you have full moderating powers. There's plenty out there for you to get started on. Lots of threads to move and duplicate threads to delete, posts that should be removed, trolls who should be suspended. I wish you good luck with that - you'll likely need it.
