Confirmation email

This afternoon I booked two CC sites.  The first was Morn Hill and then about an hour later Plymouth Sound.   I got a confirmation email for Plymouth Sound but nothing for Morn Hill?  Is this now common place with the new look website? 

BTW using the map is now a total nightmare as when you input the area and dates and do a search, when you get the results, if you click on a CC site or CL to view, you see very sketchy details, but on viewing the details and you want to look elsewhere instead of it taking you back to where you were, it clears your selection and you have to start all over again.  yell

    I would agree. When you go to the site it opens in the same widow. It really needs to open in another to get round the problem.

    In such cases I duplicate the tab and click 'Back' on one of them

    Surfer, have a look at my earlier thread on Confirmation emails. Towards the end of the thread, there is a response from the CC on what to do if you have the problem.

    You can check the position by signing in and clicking on My Bookings. This will show what bookings you have.

    The alternative is more long winded but try and book the same dates and if you are already booked it will reject the booking.
