Hi, Has anyone stopped at Coates Farm
33 Stretton Road, Much Wenlock, Shropshire if so what did you think?

    Not stopped there, but have driven past it often. Open site and looks good and flat, not far out from the town, but the road passing the entrance is fairly busy and not great for walking along. Although it is just opposite Wenlock Edge there's no direct access on to it from the site. Don't know about a dog walk.

    hi, just had a look on google maps and your right about road not ideal for walking .

    Still might consider site will wait for some more reviews.

    We have stayed here in the past and I have written about this site on a previous thread about mis use of the CL in that there was on one occasion 7 vans on site and another van up by the storage section set up with people staying in it. And the next time we stayed there was 6 vans on site. However it is a very big field albeit by the main road but with a large field adjoining which we could exercise the dogs in. Never really saw the owners as they were busy in the farm.

    Glad that you have somewhere to walk dog. Not too worried  about  caravans as long as the cl is big enough and it isn't overcrowded. Just hope the Facilities are clean.

    It does say in the site description that it has a WC, so I guess that's what Lexi means.

    From memory it's just a concrete type hut - very basic, unless of course it's been updated in recent years.
