EECO window replacement

I have just had a bad experience when I sent my caravan window to EECO for remanufacture.

It took from 12th Oct '16 to Jan '17 to finally get a window that fitted and even then there were several non trivial faults.

We encountered manufacturing incompetence and lack of communication this seems be in stark contrast to the company's website claims "The company is totally committed to quality and customer satisfaction...."

I've just written to the company director.
