They're probably not on the CC site. There are often rallies and events on different areas other than the CC site.

i have been on this site loads of times and they are definitely on the hardstanding at the bottom of the club site. I live quite close and would have loved to go on this site over xmas that was my main reason for this post . thanks for any replies though ,.

Hardstanding at the bottom of the club site? Do you mean the Tarmac area out by the rails behind the site office and function rooms? If so, that's not part of the CC site.

Perhaps CC would like to be alerted?

I've just had a thought. The site is owned by the racecourse, not CC. The racecourse maintain it and they installed the fairly new hardstands. Presumably CC only lease the site for so many months per year and the rest of the time the racecourse can do what they like with it.

Couldn't they just belong to the owners, trainers and ancillary staff concerned with the race meet? Why not give the race course a ring and ask them?

Tin wheeler is correct. To book a pitch on Racedays out of season call the Race course direct.

Re Keith a previous Warden at that Site.
