Truma 10 litre water heater not working

I've turned this water heater on with out any water in it, its now not working, does any one know .....

is there a cut out or trip switch??

or have I burnt element out??

be grateful for any help or advice.

    We did that a couple of times, when we had one. In each case it reset automatically once it had cooled down. At the time I did wonder if I had burnt it out, but in our case fortunately not. That was on a 2005 vintage van, no idea if there are any versions with manual reset.

    What's going on with this thread, just went into it and there was a reply from Mollys Mummy timed at 00:19 and my post was missing. Tried to post on it and it came up page not found and my post reappeared and MM's disappeared. 

    What is happening with this site?😖
