All year round club sites near Southampton

as my daughter-law will be in Southampton General hospital in Jan/Feb for chemo and radio therapy for Six weeks (lives in Guernsey), I would like to take the caravan down for 2to 3 weeks to be nearby. I live in Yorkshire and don't know the Southampton area at all. Are any club sites open or similar. Is it feasible?
