we have just returned from a mid week break at York caravan park, its not a cc site but a private site Adults only and 5 star, the plots are a good size big enough for a awning, there is plenty of space between the pitches, the shower rooms are massive individual made up of 8 individual ones as well as two others in the toilets, a lovely quite dog friendly site, with a lovely small lake with wild life, a dog walking area that's big enough to throw a ball,  staff welcoming and nice water,electric, and aerial all on pitch, bus in to York just out side gates every 30 minuets not suitable to walk as no path way, will be returning next year.

    We have been there a couple of times. I agree that it is an excellent site.
