Challenge 57 - Using the Caravan Club's Directory & Handbook answer these five questions:



I spent one evening early on during the challenge completing these questions. It was the ideal way to get to know the Caravan Club book. Reading through some of the descriptions of the sites was exciting and I soon started to draw up a 'Must-visit' list.

 

Here are our answers:

 

1) Which site is only a 40 minute drive from the Eden Project? Looe

 

2) In Southern England, which site was originally part of a Second World War airfield, where parts of the original runway still exist? New Forest

 

3) Which affiliated Site offers breathtaking views of a 13th Century World Heritage Castle? Min Y Don

 

4) If Wallace and Gromit were caravanning, which site would would they be excited to stay at so Wallace could enjoy his favourite food?Hawes - Wendsleydale factory nearby.
