Vision Plus Status Amplifier Problem

I've had two amplifiers fail since I bought my caravan 4 years ago. They were both replaced by Vision Plus who said they were from a faulty batch. Now one of the replacements has failed. I cannot get a signal through the amplifier but when I route the aerial direct to the TV it works. Has anyone had similar problems?
