Trouble in London
Spent 10 days at Crystal Palace site.Arrived as requested post 12 pm to find allocated pitch not vacated(why do people overstay?).Given another small pitch and arrived back in evening to find car from next pitch parked next to door of motorhome.Wardens kindly moved us to new pitch next day.Two days later pitch next door changed ,and arrived back to find large,and I mean large, awning covering some of our pitch.Hey ho,then noticed another awning going up right against the motorhome.Upon enquiry,was informed it was cover for BBQ.Informed neighbour,already had 1.5 pitches so no go.Wardens then informed.
I pay for a pitch with awning and expect room to pull out my awning,why do some inconsiderate people think that they can take as much space as they like.It is a growing problem and needs to be addressed.
In spite of that,had a super stay,enjoyed the Test Match,wardens helpful,toilets not treated by some very well,the wardens must despair !
