the price is the catch

just been to my local caravan dealer to enquire about a new drawer catch

for my 06 pastiche, The price quoted was £19 not sure if it was + vat as i was still in shock at the price. Got home and decided to look on E-bay, saw the  same catch £4.95. just a few clicks and i have saved £15 ish. I  am  left wondering if the dealers profit

margin is excessive ?.
