No shows/overbooking

Just returned from an extended Scottish trip. On way home looked to stop just north of the borders. Found site in handbbook by Lockerbie. Turned up 1 caravan on site. Owner said she had total 4 booked in amd she only had 4 hook ups. We could stay without elect which we did. At about 9.30pm lady came to site wondering wher her vans were. Only 1 of 3 booked vans turned up. Its a disgrace if no shows dont  have the curtesy to phone their cancellations whatever the reason.

Next day we booked into CL at Ingleton. We could stay 1 night, next fully booked. We pitched with total 5 vans on site. When we came back from walk there was another motorhome pitched 3 yds from us, total 6 units.
