Thetford toilet c250 Baily Genoa 2011 leaks

Has anyone else had issues with the Thetford c250'leaking? We have had to take the caravan back to thedealers three times. It will now be going back again as it is still leaking, after being assured it was fixed. It is very unpleasant and ruins the holidayhaving to mop up urine from the cassette housing each time it is emptied. Has anyone had similar issues and how we're they resolved?
